join us MARCH 27 - APRIL 2 for a special menu at bond + hoyt street.
Cabane á Sucre, aka Sugar Shack is a traditional Québec feast to celebrate the end of winter. Originally, the feast was the daily reward for the workers who trudged waist-high in snow to collect sap. At its most traditional, it’s made up of the sort of food you’d find in a larder at the end of winter: beans and salted pork, potatoes and eggs.
This year, we're offering an incredible menu at our Bond + Hoyt street locations from March 27-April 2nd.
On April 2nd, we are also doing a special guest chef dinner at our Hoyt street location. Hope to see you all then!
